Founder of Monnou · Strategic and participatory process designer · Cultural and design manager

Specialised in the intersection between culture, design and civic participation, I believe in the capacity of design and cultural structures to create positive social and environmental impact.

After training as an industrial engineer and product designer, I explored these intersections through research with AECID and its network of Cultural Centres in Latin America. I also have experience managing a family business in the crafts sector.

I co-founded Monnou with the intention of creating a space to imagine and build new ways of organising and collaborating. Today, I specialise in design management for projects with social and environmental impact, bringing together strategy, participatory processes, and cultural innovation.

I am particularly drawn to complex challenges that require listening, dialogue and collective creativity. And I believe that design can be a powerful tool for moving towards models that are fairer, more beautiful and regenerative.
